Never do I complain. I guess there is a first for everything. My 3 year old had an appointment to get his cavity filled we waited an hour to be seen. Then sat in the back for another 20 minutes. Finally when the Dentist came back she told me to go back to the waiting room. Not even two minutes go by and they asked me to go back only to tell me that he would need a referral to go to a pediatric dentist office. At this point I am furious because they didn’t even try. A waste of time, my kid missed a day of school. Only to be told we have to go somewhere else when they only spent 2 minutes with him. He wasn’t crying and was being extremely patient.
I was referred to this place and from the time I arrived and left it was a great experience. Great staff, clean place and they did a great job cleaning my teeth. It's 20 mins from home but well worth it. I LOVE it here💕
